Payment details ↗
01 / Project stages

Plan the build.

Ask us about dividing a larger build into agreed project stages. Any initial payment, stage amounts and due dates are confirmed in your proposal before work starts.

02 / Invoices

Pay with clarity.

Payment instructions are included with your invoice. Please ask us about your preferred method before your project begins.

03 / After launch

Keep it growing.

Support, maintenance, deployment and marketing can be scoped separately from the initial build. We agree the work, billing frequency and cancellation terms in writing.

No mystery extras

you’re paying for.

What changes the cost?

Page count, features, integrations, content, migration and testing requirements. We’ll explain the effect of each requirement and help prioritise the first release.

Are hosting and subscriptions included?

Your proposal lists them explicitly. Hosting, domains, platform plans, paid plugins, store accounts and transaction fees can be separate third-party costs.

Can I discuss staged payments?

Ask us about dividing a larger build into agreed project stages. Any initial payment, stage amounts and due dates are confirmed in your proposal before work starts.

Is a starting price a fixed quote?

No. The agreed scope and written proposal set the price for your project. Additional work is discussed and agreed before it is added.
