Payment options

The practical bit.
Made simple.

You should know what you’re committing to before a project starts. We agree the scope, price, payment schedule and ongoing responsibilities in writing.

01 / Project stages

Plan the build.

Ask us about dividing a larger build into agreed project stages. Any initial payment, stage amounts and due dates are confirmed in your proposal before work starts.

02 / Invoices

Pay with clarity.

Payment instructions are included with your invoice. Please ask us about your preferred method before your project begins.

03 / After launch

Keep it growing.

Support, maintenance, deployment and marketing can be scoped separately from the initial build. We agree the work, billing frequency and cancellation terms in writing.

Build now. Plan what’s next.

One project.
Manageable decisions.

A staged delivery plan lets us agree what belongs in the first release and what can follow later. Each agreed phase has its own scope and cost.

01

Agree the proposal

We list deliverables, assumptions, third-party fees and the payment schedule so you can make an informed decision.

02

Review at milestones

Design reviews and delivery checkpoints keep progress visible. Any scope changes are discussed before extra work begins.

03

Choose ongoing support

Maintenance, marketing and future development are a separate conversation. We agree the services and terms you actually need.

A good conversation is a good start

A sensible budget starts with a conversation.
