Who we are
Solvii was born from a blend of two worlds — 20 years of hands-on digital innovation and 15 years of leadership and change experience.
It all started at our dining room table (fuelled by too much caffeine and a few bold ideas), and has grown into a business that helps leaders and organisations simplify complexity, manage change, and make technology work for them.
We’re not just about code and strategy — we’re about people, progress and making life a little easier through clever, scalable digital solutions.
Meet the Team
Gary – Tech Visionary (and tech geek)
Gary’s built systems for everything from Formula 1 teams to national online retailers.
A full-stack developer fluent in more programming languages than most people have apps on their phones, he designs elegant, secure solutions that actually make sense to use.
When he’s not writing code, he’s probably experimenting with a new piece of tech, making cups of tea, or tackling the next house DIY job.
Sadie – Leadership Strategist (and human compass)
With 15 years in leadership and digital transformation in healthcare, Sadie knows how to make change stick.
Armed with an unwavering calm under pressure, she helps organisations (and the people in them) move through change with confidence.
Outside of work, she’s the voice of reason when Gary’s lost in code and the unofficial chief of snacks and strategy sessions.
Together, we’re a bit of a dream team — one focused on helping businesses embrace digital change without losing sight of the humans behind it.
